At Lustigson & Fagan PC,  we are committed to safeguarding your privacy while we prepare your individual tax returns and complete your income tax planning.  Certified Public Accountants always have been bound by Professional Standards to protect your privacy.  We conduct our business in a manner that keeps our client's personal information secure.

In order for us to prepare your income tax returns we must obtain certain non-public personal information about you, with your authorization.  Types of information would include: social security number, wage information, dependent data, bank and securities information, etc.  Any information that we collect is used by us, and only us, to accomplish your goals.  We do not sell or share any information to unrelated third parties.

We disclose this information only to (1) our employees - as needed to complete your work  (2) agencies as required by law (3) unrelated third parties whom you direct us to provide your income or financial data and to courts of law if a proper subpoena is served.

In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.  We continually update our security procedures and technology to protect unauthorized access to your confidential information.
